What is Soft Lifts?
Soft Lifts are handmade, fabric-covered weights designed to make exercise safe and enjoyable for everyone, especially those in care homes and people with disabilities or special needs.
Unlike traditional dumbbells, our weights are soft to the touch, impossible to cause injury if dropped, and come with easy-grip handles that work for all hand strengths and sizes.

Every Soft Lift is hand-cut, hand-sewn, and hand-filled by Tracy in her workshop. She uses recycled fabrics and all-natural fillings, making each weight not just functional, but made with genuine care.
